Our clinical study required participants to take the product in the morning with food, but each person’s physiology varies.
Our clinical study was organized to include two test groups: one which took a single capsule per day and one which took two capsules per day. The test group which took one capsule lost, up to, 18 pounds in 90 days; the test group which took two capsules lost, up to, 22 pounds in 90 days.
